"My mother was at Coppice Lea for 2 years, I cannot fault the care she was given. She was allowed to have some of her own furniture so it was nice that her room contained familiar things. Care was taken in dressing her in matching clothes. Her room was cleaned regularly. She had special dietary needs that were discussed with chef which helped her to manage nourishing foods. The kitchen staff are also very helpful as well, they cater for the residents needs, if your relative needs certain foods they can order it in for them. The nursing care is excellent, on arriving my mother had a huge bed sore, after one year of constant care and attention her skin returned to normal. "I was received into the care home easily by the staff and management with good grace and care. My room is kept clean and tidy, towels changed daily, bed linen also changed on a daily basis. Shower room and toilet excellent. Food because of my condition I cannot eat hard things, so my food has to be on the soft side, this the staff see to.
