Strawberry fayre delight at East Hill House

The much-loved annual Strawberry Fayre at East Hill House has been hailed a huge success once again this year.

The event carried more significance this summer, with East Hill House celebrating its 10th anniversary and the Caring Homes Group celebrating ‘20 years of great care and support’.

There were a huge variety of stalls and activities as always including a raffle, bottle tombola, cake stall, Pimms tent, knitting and craft stalls, plants stall, Help for Heroes stall, face painting, a dog show, Angie’s café a Consensus stall and much more.

The staff and residents all worked hard in the lead up to the event and it was worthwhile as the day proved to be a huge success, raising over £900 that will be going directly to the residents of East Hill House.

East Hill House would like to thank everyone involved including, staff, residents, relatives, friends and the local media for all of their help. The staff have also expressed special thanks to their friendly local businesses that donated generously to the raffle.

Located in the village of Liss, East Hill House provides high quality residential and specialist dementia care for up to 35 elderly people in a unique setting.
