Royal celebrations for Heffle Court

On the 29th of May, Heffle Court Nursing Home in Heathfield hosted a Royal Wedding party for our residents, team and guests.

Our residents enjoyed getting into the wedding spirit in the run up to the big day and come the morning of the wedding, our home was full of an excited buzz and chatter. Residents helped the Activity team make our home look and feel like a venue fit for a Royal Wedding party and get everyone in the spirit.

The residents all dressed up in their finery with button holes and Union Jack flags. The TV was turned on in preparation for the day’s event to unfold, residents watched Harry and Meghan getting married with many residents and family members not being able to take there eyes away from the screen!

A memorable afternoon was had by all!

At Heffle Court, we provide specialist dementia care in a purpose built environment. We continuously improve the lives of our residents through offering wide ranging services, activities and events, both in and outside of the home involving members of our local community as often as possible.
