“I cannot recommend enough the wonderful care delivered to our father and every team member at Galsworthy House. Not only did they provide and extraordinary care package to our father but to ourselves as well. Our father arrive straight from hospital in pain and unable to sit or stand with a very poor appetite. He is now pain free, sitting out and capable of standing transfer. His appetite has improved enormously with the excellent food. When he decide he didn’t wish what was on the menu it was never too much trouble for the staff to rustle up various egg dishes, toast etc. This flexibility of approach extends throughout the general care the home provides. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. I would highly recommend Galsworthy House.”

“Every care and attention has been given to my mother who at the age of 95 was made to leave her home and move. At Galsworthy her needs have been assessed with great consideration and monitored robustly and with sympathy. The move caused a small stroke and Galsworthy have organised speech therapy for my mother even though she is registered blind and hard of hearing. The family are extremely pleased with the care and facilities Galsworthy offers.”

RE: A message from the CEO and Clinical Director

At Caring Homes we are following the latest Government advice and stopping visitors to all our homes, except for essential visits by healthcare professionals who will be required to adhere to strict protocols.

We understand that this may be very difficult for families but we are clear in our duty to ensure we protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our Residents and Colleagues as our top priority.

We want you to know that you can contact your loved ones through calls, emails, video and social media and we will support our Residents to view any messages you send over. We are confident that the teams in our homes are doing all they can to ensure that life remains as comfortable and sociable as possible. There will be a full programme of activities delivered by our in-house health and wellbeing teams.

We hope you will understand and support these actions and any further subsequent measures we might need to put in place.
