Caring Homes and the team at Brook House Care Home recently welcomed care seekers in to view their new luxury care home, its luxurious fit out and beautiful gardens, during an open weekend event.
Brook House, the latest new development by Caring Homes, has a perfect location in Towcester, close to the town centre with visitor parking and access to public transport. It’s stylishly furnished with a warm family atmosphere.
Home Manager Bogdan Gancean explained, “We were delighted to meet enquirers to talk about Brook House and the feedback has been very positive. The event was run by appointment only and we left time between showrounds and observing social distancing. There’s plenty of handwashing and sanitiser and everyone was asked to wear a mask.”
Those who visited Brook House were very impressed by the home, internally and externally as well as by the location in Towcester. Several team members got involved in welcoming guests and sharing their expertise and knowledge, demonstrating their passion and commitment to providing a focus on person-centred care. Knowing that high quality food is as important as the care for many, the chef was delighted to showcase the hospitality team’s skills.
Brook House has welcomed their first permanent resident this week with more to follow in a home that offers first class facilities and accommodation, including acoustic monitoring throughout, digital care monitoring and a nurse call system, allowing residents to feel welcome, relaxed and secure whilst also enjoying an active and independent lifestyle.
There was a birthday celebration with a special cake made by Kitchen Assistant Fay Leonard along with banners, balloons and a book about the year in which the resident was born.
Brook House caters for all care types and the team are there to help you to be sure what type of care you, or your loved one, is looking for now or for the future.
