Ping-Pong proves popular at East Hill House

The residents of East Hill House were invited to a local college this week to watch an inspirational film following some of the contenders of the Over 80’s Ping-Pong World Championships. After the film, refreshments were served and everyone had the chance to get involved in games of Ping-Pong. Many of the group enjoyed the opportunity to have a go themselves and with one of the residents being a local competitor, talk even turned to training for the next World Championships, which are due to be held in China! The home also received a free Ping-Pong set for attending the event, meaning there will be plenty more time for practice at the Hampshire home in the coming months. Located in the village of Liss, East Hill House provides high quality residential and specialist dementia care for up to 35 elderly people in a unique setting.
