Monty visits Knowle Park

The residents of Knowle Park in Cranleigh enjoyed a visit from Monty the Golden retriever recently, who belongs to one of the volunteers from the local Pets-As-Therapy charity.

Monty is extremely popular amongst the residents having visited previously in the summer and the team at Knowle Park hope to arrange more regular visits for him to see all of his new friends at the home. Monty’s visit prompted an informal reminiscence session with a number of the residents recalling fond memories of their own pets.

Knowle Park is a magnificent early 19th century Manor House on the outskirts of Cranleigh, Surrey, that has been lovingly restored to provide residential and nursing care of distinction for up to 43 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
