Knowle Park introduces Carpet Bowls competitions

The residents of Knowle Park in Cranleigh have been enjoying some friendly competition recently with the introduction of regular carpet bowls competitions.

The popular pastime was the brainchild of recreational therapist Terry, who runs the interactive sessions at the Surrey home. Carpet bowls is just one of the range of activities that the residents take part in and many enjoy the friendly competition, with prizes on offer for the winners.

Situated on the outskirts of Cranleigh, Knowle Park is a magnificent early 19th century Manor House that has been lovingly restored to provide residential and nursing care for up to 43 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
