Bradbury House residents get gardening

Following the recent trip to Wyevale Garden Centre in Braintree, the residents of Bradbury House set about planting their purchases this week in the sun.
The home’s gardener Mary Finerty was on hand to oversee the planting of the tubs and pots, to ensure that there would be a nice variety of colour throughout the courtyard garden.

With Marigolds, Fushias, Lavender and Geraniums amongst the flowers, there will be plenty to enjoy this summer. The group also planted some lavender for fragrance to help stimulate the sense of smell of all of the residents.

Situated at the heart of the historic town of Braintree, Bradbury House was the very first home in the Caring Homes family and enjoys an enviable reputation for delivering the very highest standard of residential care in a homely environment for up to 21 elderly people.
