Walstead Place residents ring in Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year was a colourful occasion at Walstead Place recently as the residents enjoyed a fun-filled feast of food.

The home’s chef prepared an array of traditional dishes and the staff team ensured the Sussex home was awash with red and gold as the residents got to grips with the chopsticks provided for the festivities!

Located just a mile from Lindfield, Walstead Place is a 19th Century former country squire’s residence, sensitively converted to provide residential and nursing care for up to 41 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
