The Walstead Place Annual Fete

The residents at Walstead Place in Haywards Heath enjoyed their annual fete on Saturday inviting in family, friends and the local community.

The local Mayor enjoyed cream teas with the residents and families in the scorching sun, and we managed to raise £279.84. All of the guests were treated to two musical events with the Shedding Strummers who were a folk group and got everyone singing and a regular song group ‘The Scaynes Hill Singers’.

Everyone consumed lots of cake and drinks, and all in all it was a lovely day.
