Tall Trees visit Bourton on the Water

This afternoon, the residents at Tall Trees decided to go somewhere new on our regular outdoor trip. We were recommended The Bakery on the Water and the residents were very excited about this idea and were eagerly looking forward to the day. When we got there we stopped for a while and enjoyed the beautiful view.

It was full of people in Bourton on the Water that afternoon, probably because the weather was so beautiful.

The Bakery was on the other side off the river, so another reason for everybody to enjoy the scenery.
Once in there we decided to go in the back garden and we were nicely surprised to actually be able to sit by the river.

We enjoyed nice scones with cream and jam, teas and coffees.

Moira A, one of our residents said:

“It is so nice and relaxing here. I can stay here for hours. The water noise is so relaxing.”

It’s been a lovely afternoon for everybody and we definitely will go there again.
