Residents revel in Walstead Place wildlife session

Walstead Place welcomed some unusual guests to the home this week as the residents took the chance to get up close and personal with a wealth of wild animals.

The exotic animals, including snakes and large frogs, were passed around the room giving the residents plenty of opportunity to handle them whilst the handler shared some fascinating facts during the popular interactive session.

Located just a mile from Lindfield, Walstead Place is a 19th Century former country squire’s residence, sensitively converted to provide residential and nursing care for up to 41 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
