Reminiscing at Heffle Court

This week At Heffle Court, Activity Coordinator Samantha Keylock & Volunteer Graham Fullalove have been busy recreating a new reminiscent zone in our home for our residents.

Creating a step back in time, with a retro kitchen, we have used vintage props to inspire visual, physical exploration & interactive stimulation for our residents. Items have been generously donated or collected by Samantha over the years and we now have a great selection to choose from and use.

Samantha Keylock, Activity Coordinator said:

“Heffle court has several different reminiscent zones that are regularly renewed to keep the areas fresh & interesting for our residents.

“They love spotting the changes and the items they can remember. This sparks off a lot of discussion amongst them all and evokes some great memories.”
