Remembrance Day at Belmont House
Posted on Tuesday 12th November
Residents at Belmont House Nursing Home in Sutton chose to watch the Remembrance Day service in the lounges, their bedrooms and our in-house cinema. A small display was displayed in our ground floor corridor as a sign of respect to remember the members of the armed forces who have died in the line of duty.
A two-minute silence was held at 11am, and was respected throughout our home, which brought back memories to our residents.
At Belmont House we provide specialist residential, nursing and dementia care in a purpose built environment. We continuously improve the lives of our residents through offering wide ranging services, activities and events, both in and outside of the home involving members of our local community as often as possible.
