Recruiting the best team for Kingsclear

Recruiting the team for our new care home in Camberley has begun with a successful day at Camberley Football Club recently.

Donna Boobyer, Senior Commissioning Manager for Caring Homes said: “There was a lot of interest in Kingsclear from people visiting the event and a good variety of skills were on offer to us – from chefs and reception to housekeeping, hairdressing and carers.

“We did a number of interviews and hope to have filled some key positions, certainly we have made a very good start.”

Kingsclear is part of the Caring Homes Group which embodies more than 20 years of experience in delivering high quality, dignified and respectful personalised care. The home is designed around the needs of its residents to provide the highest level of residential, nursing and dementia care. The home is due to open in September and the team will be attending recruitment events to find the best staff in May, June and July.

Donna continued; “We will be taking part in a recruitment event at Pine Ridge Golf Club on Wednesday, May 24th and would urge anyone interested in working here, or finding out more, to get in touch and come along and see us.”

If you are interested in the Recruitment Open Day on Wednesday 24th May, 10am – 4pm, it will be taking place at Pine Ridge Golf Club, Old Bisley Road, Frimley, Camberley, GU16 9NX. Please register your interest to attend this event by calling 01206 224188 or Email: recruitment@caringhomes.org
