Opera at Galsworthy

The residents at Galsworthy House Nursing Home in Kingston upon Thames were treated to an Operatic rendition this week.

The residents gathered in the Forsythe room, choosing their seats in anticipation of Becky’s arrival. Becky is an amazing opera singer, who is very popular with the residents at Galsworthy House. She filled the room with the words from the song ‘O mio babbino caro’ translated to ‘O my dear daddy’ from the Opera Gianni Schicchi, plus many more songs.

The residents all sat in awe listening to her beautiful voice, wondering how she was able to hit some of the notes! We look forward to welcoming Becky back again soon.
