Oomph! at Ferfoot

Ferfoot residents enjoyed their latest Oomph! session with our Activities Organiser, Charlene Duncan-Page.

Oomph! is a completely new and exciting way of exercising and is a now a regular and popular addition to the activities held at Ferfoot following on from the recent training programme attended by both our Activities Organisers.

Charlene said; “Oomph! Is really great and our residents enjoy these sessions and get really involved. Not only is it entertaining with great music, props and a fun filled atmosphere but it empowers our resident’s fitness and participation with this interactive entertainment.”

As each Oomph! session is personalised and incorporates each individual’s hobbies and interests, there is no stopping what we can do with the residents. Sessions are tailored to suit any size group or can be carried out one-to-one.

The sessions have been a big hit so far with our residents and care team and they are looking forward to us holding regular Oomph! sessions here at Ferfoot.
