Oaken Holt’s Elfreda ushers in another General Election

With the excitement building at Oaken Holt in the lead up to the General Election, one resident in particular was very proud to be able to vote in person at her local polling station.

Now in her 100th year, Elfreda (pictured) went down to the local polling station in Farmoor to cast her vote and the polling officers said that they believed she was the oldest voter to vote in person at the station that day.

Set within 23 acres of beautiful gardens and parklands in the heart of Oxfordshire, Oaken Holt is a magnificent country estate in the peaceful village of Farmoor offering Residential and Nursing care of the very highest standard for up to 55 ladies and gentlemen.
