Oak Manor enjoys fun-filled Open Day

Dereham-based Oak Manor care home opened its doors for a vintage tea party recently in support of National Care Home Open Day.
The staff and residents at the specialist dementia care home, part of the Caring Homes group, dressed up in full vintage gear and used the event as an opportunity to get to know the local community further through the colourful event.
Live entertainment was provided by the ever-popular Billy McKee, Oak Manor’s award winning Activities Coordinator, and the chef team pulled out all the stops to put on a wonderful spread of food for everyone to enjoy.
Located in the village of Scarning, Oak Manor is a care home providing dementia care for up to 61 elderly people. The home is run by the family-owned Caring homes Group, which was founded in 1994 by mother and son team, Helena and Paul Jeffery.
