Mill House Harvest Festival Celebration

The Mill House team pulled out all the stops this week for a special residents supper to celebrate the Harvest Festival.

Many of the purpose-built care home residents were treated to an evening of fine dining in the beautifully decorated dining room. In keeping with the harvest theme, items on the menu included homemade tomato soup, seasonal vegetable crumble and fresh fruit salad.

The dining tables were decorated with poppies and bouquets of harvest corn, with the harvest festival display (pictured) displaying a wealth of vegetables donated by the local fruit and vegetable shop.

Following the meal, Ken Lickfold kindly gave a vote of thanks on behalf of the residents for the care team and chef Jon Munn.

Located in the heart of the delightful market town of Chipping Campden, Mill House is a purpose-built care home providing residential and specialist nursing care for up to 45 elderly people.
