“I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the excellent service that my father, Keith has received so far at Sundridge Court. All of the staff are are amazing, but i would like you to pass on our thanks to these people individually, whom seem to have bonded with us instantly & go that extra mile to make his, and our precious time left go that much smoother: Theresa, Holly, Chris, Dot & Steve, Brian, Edwin, Isatu, Shamoaney. They all deserve credit just for their humanity skills alone.”

“It’s a clean, calm and friendly environment for the residents. The meals are outstanding and good variety. Although my grandad doesn’t always partake, there are a variety of activities to join in including an annual bbq which is good fun. A singer gets everyone singing and tap along. The staff are kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this care home to take care of anyone’s family member.”

“My mother has been happy at Sundridge, since she came here after a long stay in hospital. She settled in very well, the staff are all very caring and she recovered quickly from the illness she had whilst in hospital. The care she receives is so good, she has a lovely bedroom.”

“I have to say, my friend had been in another care home previous to this and it wasn’t very good. Since my friend has lived here he has improved mentally and has been treated so well. All of the staff are professional and friendly, you always see the same staff which means they do not rely on agency. It was the best decision to move my friend here.”

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
To Whom it may concern,

RE: A message from the CEO and Clinical Director

At Caring Homes we are following the latest Government advice and stopping visitors to all our homes, except for essential visits by healthcare professionals who will be required to adhere to strict protocols.

We understand that this may be very difficult for families but we are clear in our duty to ensure we protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our Residents and Colleagues as our top priority.

We want you to know that you can contact your loved ones through calls, emails, video and social media and we will support our Residents to view any messages you send over. We are confident that the teams in our homes are doing all they can to ensure that life remains as comfortable and sociable as possible. There will be a full programme of activities delivered by our in-house health and wellbeing teams.

We hope you will understand and support these actions and any further subsequent measures we might need to put in place.

Yours sincerely
