Knowle Park bring in the New Year with a special Balloon Release

The residents and staff of Knowle Park in Cranleigh took part in a special balloon release recently to welcome the New Year.

In the lead up to the event, everybody completed goodwill and best wishes messages which were then attached to the balloons before the release.

Everyone gathered on the patio of the beautiful period home and heard some New Year poems, before releasing their balloons and joining in a stirring rendition of Auld Lang Syne.

The Knowle Park address was added to the messages, in the hope that they may hear how far their balloons managed to get.

Knowle Park is a magnificent early 19th century Manor House on the outskirts of Cranleigh, Surrey. The home has been lovingly restored to provide residential and nursing care of distinction for up to 43 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
