Ivy Court visit Felbrigg Hall

The residents at Ivy Court in Norwich, were treated to a trip to Felbrigg Hall and gardens today.

The weather was lovely and some of the families and a volunteer joined us to view the gardens. The gardens were perfect for wheelchairs so we were able to enjoy everything, it is a great place to explore nature and wildlife. The walled garden is a gardener’s delight with lots of beautiful flowers which are provided to the hall, and the allotments provide fruit and vegetables for the community. The bright colours and lovely smells brought happy feelings to the residents and families.

The afternoon was completed with a visit to the Squires Pantry for a hot drink and cake, and gift shop looking at local produce and handmade jewellery, cards and books.

The residents and their families love these trips, building new memories to share.
