Hulcott celebrates the Queen’s birthday

The chef at Hulcott pulled out all the stops this week to make a fantastic cake for the residents in honour of the Queen’s birthday.

The colourful cake was decorated in red, white and blue and housed a large picture of a 1st class stamp.

The staff team also organised a singing entertainer who had the residents up on their feet dancing away. After working up an appetite with all the singing and dancing, they enjoyed tea, a slice of the amazing birthday cake and even some royal cup cakes.

Located in the peaceful village of the same name, Hulcott is a 19th Century house providing residential and nursing care for up to 38 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
