Double Celebration at Coxhill Manor

At Coxhill Manor in Woking, residents Fred and Ann celebrated their 61st Wedding Anniversary on Friday 16th June here at our home. They married in Woking on Ann’s 21st birthday so it was a double celebration for her birthday and anniversary, both very special occasions.

Cards, flowers and visiting family and friends filled their room and they were blessed with the weather too as it was a beautiful summers day.

When Anne was asked what was the secret to such a long and happy marriage she said

‘Well Fred was away with work a lot….”

It looks like humour plays a big part too we’d say!

The love and respect they share is tangible and we were delighted to share such a special occasion with them and their family and friends.

It’s a pleasure to know such a lovely couple and we all agree, what great role models for us all.
