Denham Manor hosts local MP Dominic Grieve

Dominic Grieve, Conservative MP for Beaconsfield, attended a celebration of care excellence at Denham Manor Hailings Lane this week.

The event had been organised to celebrate the announcement that Denham Manor will be raising money for the Stroke Association through October and November as part of the 2012 Caring Homes Group Charity Partnership.

As well as being given a tour of the converted country home, Mr Grieve took time to speak to residents of the period home about their everyday lives and activities.

During his visit Mr Grieve had the opportunity to chat with the Home Manager and staff, who took him through the range of therapeutic activities on offer at Denham Manor.

Home Manager, Jayne Muir told us:

‘I want to say a big thank you to Mr Grieve on behalf of the residents and staff for helping to make this such a special day. Everyone at Denham Manor was very proud to welcome our local MP to the home and show him our fantastic care facilities.

Caring Homes is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of specialist care and our recently refurbished facilities will enable us to continue to deliver the level of care we pride ourselves on.’

Denham Manor is run by the family-owned Caring Homes Group, which was founded in 1994 by mother and son team, Helena and Paul Jeffery. Located within three acres of landscaped gardens in a quiet area of Denham, the period property provides residential and specialist nursing care for up to 44 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
