Dementia UK at Oaken Holt

The residents, family and care team at Oaken Holt Nursing Home in Farmoor enjoyed a BBQ before the evening events.

It was a special evening for Sarah, one of the housekeepers, as she had decided to shave her head for charity. After we had finished the BBQ she took a chair in the gardens and bravely sat whilst another of the team shaved her head and everyone else watched on.

Sarah has raised over £300 which will be donated to Dementia UK. This is a very special charity to many of us, well done!
