Creature Teachers visit Magna Care Centre

Magna Care Centre in Wimborne, Dorset recently hosted a visit from The Creature Teachers. This wonderful company visited Magna Care with a selection of their animals. The lovely “Creature Teachers” shared lots of wonderful facts about each animal and each animal was introduced to the residents individually.

The animals included Eric the kookaburra and Abraham the lizard. They also brought along Percival the rabbit who was either shy or thought photographically his bottom was his “best side”!  Having Echo the Owl fly onto their arm proved to be a hit with many residents.

Activities organiser Cheryl Teuber said “The Creature Teachers” have visited Magna Care Centre before and have never failed to amuse us with their scaly and furry friends.

The Magna care home in Wimborne is a stunning Care Centre providing residential and specialist nursing care for up to 63 elderly residents.
