Celebrate at Belmont House with a High Tea on 16th June

Come along and enjoy a traditional high tea at Belmont House in Sutton on Friday, June 16th to celebrate National Care Home Open Day.

The Sutton home, run by Caring Homes, offers the highest standards of residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 60 elderly residents, in a purpose built home surrounded by landscaped gardens devised by our Chelsea Flower Show gold winning designer.

Home manager Kay Wainwright said; “As part of National Care Home Open Day we would like people to spend some time with us, enjoy a high tea, meet our residents and team and discover what our home is all about. One of our favourite entertainers will also be coming in on the day to entertain our residents and visitors.”

National Care Home Open Day is an annual UK wide initiative inviting care homes to open their doors to the local community. Thousands of care homes across the UK take part, welcoming the public and arranging events and activities that help to create lasting links between care home residents and their local communities.

The event is all about connecting people and showing what excellent care homes are really about, how they can be at the centre of local communities and develop relationships across the generations.

High tea at Belmont House, 75 Worcester Road, Sutton, Surrey, will take place from 2pm until 4pm so pop along and join in the fun.
