All in the name of fashion at Claydon House

Claydon House Care Home in Lewes transformed into a fashion boutique for the day recently as the Edinburgh Woollen Mill treated residents and staff to an in-house clothing sale.

The company brought a wide range of garments for the group to try on, providing a lively social event. Claydon House Activities coordinator Emilie Watson said:

“We strive to give everyone choice at Claydon and empower residents to make those choices, including arranging quality clothing sales which enable residents to choose their own clothes. This sale was a huge success! The lounge became a boutique with residents and staff chatting, trying clothes on and enjoying a wonderful atmosphere.”

Claydon House is run by family-owned Caring Homes Group, which was founded in 1994 by mother and son team, Helena and Paul Jeffery. The home provides care and nursing support for up to 47 people in a sought after residential area of Lewes.
