Support to live life, your way
Cherish the moments. Let us take care of the rest.
We know that the move into a care home can be a daunting one – however, if there’s a point where you feel like you’re struggling to cope, even with care in your own home, we want you to know that we’re here for you.
Our team work with every new resident and their family to do all we can to make sure that the move into one of our care homes, whether for respite care or more long-term, is a positive one. With care on hand 24/7 and help just minutes away should you need it, you can rest assured that our team are the experts in care for older people.

Access to Experts
Our homes are fully supported by a wider team of in-house clinical experts. Our Quality and Governance team have decades of experience between them in healthcare, particularly for older people.
All of our homes work with a local GP, meaning that our residents can get direct access to a doctor as well as other community services. We have relationships with district nurse teams, physiotherapists, podiatrists and others, and can help residents to arrange appointments and visits whenever they need them.
Family members often find that, with the reassurance of our team on hand 24/7 and delivering the day-to-day care, they’re able to relax and get back to just enjoying quality time together.
A New Lease of Life
Sometimes, for those living at home, life can start to feel smaller, and a little more lonely. At our care home, there’s always something going on – whether it’s a gentle potter in our landscaped gardens, a baking session with our Head Chef, or even just a quick game of Scrabble with new friends, residents are supported to rediscover old hobbies as well as try new activities. They can do as much – or as little – as they want and often find themselves gaining confidence as they settle in.
Our care home teams work with each resident from the moment they join us, learning about their likes and dislikes and their life history, making sure that the care and whole home experience is completely tailored to their needs and wishes.
Rediscover the Joy of Good Food
Often for those that have been living at home, even with visiting carers, food and dining can feel more like a chore than something to savour.
Our Head Chef and hospitality team are enthusiastic about serving up delicious, freshly cooked food that everyone can enjoy, including those on specialist diets.
Our Head Chef meets with every new resident to find out not only about their needs, but also about their favourite meals. With home cooked meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and resident’s weight, nutrition and hydration monitored and recorded, we’re able to make sure everyone living with us is eating the best food to keep them healthy and happy.

Fresh, Nutritious Food Tailored to Every Resident
Our restaurant quality menus – designed alongside residents – always offer plenty of choice. With good food and company all part of the dining experience, mealtimes are something to look forward to again at our care homes.
From three daily meals to indulgent High Tea Wednesdays, we focus on choice, dignity and enjoyment in every bite.
Leading the Way with Technology
At Caring Homes, we have invested in some of the best technology available that supports our teams to deliver the best of care, helping each resident to live well and safely with us, whilst always respecting their wishes and dignity.
All of these systems allow us to provide the best care possible to each resident that's always bespoke to their individual needs and wishes. It helps us make sure our care is always safe, consistent and fully documented. With the technology on hand to help with process and recording, it also means our teams have more time to spend with residents.
