A lifestyle you’ll love
Living in one of our homes, ‘everyday’ for a resident stays just as they like it, we like to get to know every person we care for, learning about their life and the things they like to achieve. Everything we do is focused on enabling them to continue with the routines and interests they enjoy, or even to try new things. We take pride in bringing meaningful experiences to residents, with a variety of activities, events, entertainment and trips for residents to choose from.
Closer to home the bistro is a popular place to entertain family and meet friends for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Alternatively, our cinema offers plenty of classic film moments to reminisce over or doubles up as a big screen for sporting events for residents, their children and grandchildren.
Excellent food and dining
Our hospitality teams take pride in creating tempting and nutritious menus, tailored to our residents’ tastes and dietary needs. There’s always a variety of dishes at every meal and plenty of drinks and snacks available throughout the day. Our dining rooms provide a comfortable setting, or your loved one can choose to eat in their room if they prefer.

Caring Homes has been working with guidance from Stirling University for over 25 years to improve the lives of people with dementia and their carers. Throughout the home, memory aids promote maximum independence and confidence. Our design features include strong lighting coupled with the use of colour and contrast for safety and perception, plus clear signage with icons to help residents find their way around the home.
Living in My World
We train every member of our team so residents, families and their carers, can be surrounded by personalised support with our unique ‘Living In My World’ Training as are proud to be the only care home in the UK to have our own training which is accredited by City and Guilds
Living In My World, highlights the importance of meaningful activities and a stimulating environment for people living with dementia, as well as addressing clinical aspects of care.
Our ‘Food in My World’ training provides our hospitality team and chefs with the skills and knowledge to stimulate senses and increase creativity in the cooking and presentation of food which can provide a much-improved dining experience for residents living with dementia and or dysphagia.
