Kirsty Allen is the dedicated Home Manager at Cotman House Care Home in Felixstowe, leading a compassionate and professional team in delivering the highest standards of residential, dementia and palliative care. With a background as a qualified nurse, Kirsty quickly progressed to Home Manager within six years, driven by her passion for enhancing the lives of those in her care.
She believes that every day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful difference - whether through creating a safe and comfortable environment, introducing innovative care practices, or simply bringing a smile to a resident’s face. Kirsty’s enthusiasm and commitment to person-centred care inspire her team, ensuring Cotman House remains a warm and welcoming home for all.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved miniature Dachshund.

Fee rates are also determined by the size and aspect of the room and the duration of the stay (short stay/respite or permanent). Fees are payable monthly in advance.
