At every Caring Home, there is a dedicated activities co-ordinator who is on hand to support residents in learning new hobbies and maintaining existing ones.
An activities programme is developed by the activities co-ordinators who work in conjunction with the clinical team in reviewing each individuals occupational interests and tailoring an activities programme that addresses them.

"Look no further this is the best! I took the time to visit every nursing home within a 25 mile radius of my home, when looking for the best for my own mother. That was in 2005. My mother was lucky enough to spend the last few months of her life here. In February this year my aunt needed nursing care and I came straight back to Brooklyn. From the moment you open the front door, you know you've found the right place... carehomes.co.uk" - Anne W
"I would like to thank you for taking Robin and myself into Brooklyn House back in April. When I had to leave him was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but I knew he would be in safe hands. Please express on behalf of myself and my family our deep gratitude to the nurses, carers and house staff for the part they played in caring for him. I must mention Linda and Denise (thank you). A very special thank you must go to Helena, I will always remember the care and compassion she gave to Robin and myself the day he died... carehomes.co.uk" - Joyce C
