International Culture Tour at Horsell Lodge
The team and residents have started an International Culture Tour at Horsell Lodge Care Home and the first stop is Italy with an Italian themed day. The home was decorated in the colours of Italy including bunting and to start the tour there were various videos about Italy including its culture and holiday destinations which the residents enjoyed on the big screen in the cinema room.
The Head Chef and hospitality team followed this with an Italian themed menu featuring traditional delicious dishes including Lasagne and Tiramisu which the residents enjoyed, while sharing conversations about Italy and various fun facts that were placed on the tables. Everybody had a great time and there were smiles all round, the residents are looking forward to the next stop on their tour.
