Designated Indoor Visiting Area at Benson House

16th February 2021

The team at Benson House Care Home are putting the finishing touches in place and looking forward to welcoming their first residents to their new home later this month. In light of the current Covid-19 situation the team have designed a designated indoor visiting area. The area means that relatives can visit their loved one's in a safe and comfortable way.

The area has direct access from outside so visitors can access easily and the glass divide means they will be able to see each other and communicate via an intercom system.

Safety measures put in place include hand sanitisation stations and thorough cleaning between each visit with time set aside between visits to help maintain social distancing. Visits from family and friends are so important for the wellbeing of our residents and this area and measures put in place means it is safe for our residents, team and visitors too.
