Recognising our commitment to quality and excellence
We are only able to provide excellent standards of care to so many people thanks to our dedicated and talented team of care workers, nurses, specialists and managers. We’re proud of the great outcomes our colleagues help to achieve and we enjoy showcasing their work in national and regional awards.
We’re tireless about improving our services, both for our residents, and for commissioners. Entering awards enables us to benchmark ourselves against competitors, enabling us to learn and develop. When we win awards we’re giving prospective residents, new commissioners and even prospective employees the reassurance that we’re their best choice. Vitally, we’re also giving our teams and the residents we support important recognition for their achievements.
