Hillside Care Home located on Kings Hill in Great Cornard, Sudbury is a privately owned care home, registered with the national care standards commission to provide residential care for older people. Care is provided on both short and long-term basis.

A positive and optimistic approach to care exists in the home and our qualified and experienced staff, who are on duty around the clock, show a high level of skill and compassion to those in their care. We firmly believe no two people are alike, so the services and attention we provide should never be exactly the same.

This approach is designed to maintain the independence and dignity of our residents and provide the best possible lifestyle alternatives for all.

Hillside nursing and residential care home has a very active residents committee which everyone has an opportunity to join. The committee proposes ideas and suggestions on behalf of all residents on everything, from menu planning to entertainment.Working with the committee, Hillside activities coordinator ensures that there is always something going on. Residents can take part in keep fit classes, quiz nights and board games afternoons. Just how involved you want to be is entirely up to you, but you are always welcome to put forward your own ideas for what goes on in your home.
