Located in the heart of the delightful market town of Chipping Campden, Mill House is a purpose-built care home providing residential and specialist nursing care for up to 45 elderly people.
Mill House benefits from a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of the bustling High Street, yet still enjoying beautiful views over open countryside. Befitting this prestigious setting, the home has been built from local Cotswold stone and finished to the very highest standards throughout. Mill House has an excellent local reputation for hospitality. Fine dining and hotel standard guest services are enjoyed by residents and independent older people alike.
This reputation for excellence extends to activities provision at Mill House. The home’s Silver Surfers club is just one example, where residents of all ages enjoy surfing the internet and keeping in touch with loved ones online.
Mill House offers a full range of residential and nursing care support, including trial stays, respite breaks and convalescent care as well as long term care. Residents are encouraged to bring important personal possessions to personalise their rooms. The home operates an open visiting policy, where residents and loved ones may visit at convenient times. In common with all of our homes, Mill House’s manager has a qualified nursing background. The home is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission and has ISO9001/2000 and Hospitality Assured accreditation.

Life in a Caring Home is viewed as a continuum of life – an opportunity to gain new experiences and learn new things – whilst maintaining your existing hobbies and interests.
At every Caring Home, there is a dedicated activities co-ordinator who is on hand to support residents in learning new hobbies and maintaining existing ones.
An activities programme is developed by the activities co-ordinators who work in conjunction with the clinical team in reviewing each individuals occupational interests and tailoring an activities programme that addresses them.
