Visiting Guides for England and Scotland

Caring Homes has been open for business throughout the coronavirus pandemic and daily life goes on as normal for our care teams and residents. We have had to put into place a number of strict protocols around visiting and ask for your support with these. Please read this booklet and contact your local care home if you have any questions.

As a company we went swiftly into lockdown to ensure the safety of our residents and have had visiting restrictions at our Homes for a significant period of time. We are taking a measured approach to visiting, decided on a home by home, resident by resident basis and we will be able to adjust these measures further in the future in line with guidance and the progress of the virus.
