Silent Disco Dancing at Guysfield
Guysfield Residential Home in Letchworth now excited and proud owners of their own Silent Disco Set!
We are always looking for ways to improve our residents wellbeing, and music can help promote overall health and wellness while creating positive memories and reactions. The new system allows residents to have a positive, fun experience using wireless headphones to recall memories, and allows them to express themselves on a different level with staff and families.
The residents and care team had so much fun. There is nothing better than music to stimulate our brains and bring us all together with fun, laughter, a bit of dressing up and some terrible singing. But who cares, we all know how to have fun!
If residents don't want to listen to the music they can sit and watch the funny antics unfold. The headsets will also be used to watch films, listen to audio books and podcasts and much more.
