Latest CQC report finds Brooklyn House ‘Good’ in all areas

The CQC report found Brooklyn House to be good in all areas, as a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led service during its inspection visit in April 2015. The report was then published on 9 July 2015 on the CQC website.

Alison Lovelock, Regional Manager for Brooklyn House, said: ‘We are extremely proud of this good rating in all areas of care. Well done to all of the staff at Brooklyn House, I was so pleased at the positive comments about our service in the Care Quality Commission’s report.’

The 2015 Brooklyn House CQC report found (see the Summary on page 2) that: ‘Staff were caring, kind, respectful and courteous. Staff members knew people well, what they liked and how they wanted to be treated. People’s needs were responded to well and care tasks were carried out thoroughly by staff.’
