Hillside crowns first Employee of the Month

The staff team at Hillside are always keen to share best practice and maintain the standard of care provided.
With this in mind, the Home Manager recently launched an ‘Employee of the Month’ scheme, where employees can be nominated for their hard work and receive acknowledgement of the extra effort they have been putting in.
Bozena Bodjys (Anna) was the first member of staff to be nominated as Employee of the Month for her continued hard work, excellent monthly evaluations of care plans and her help in training other staff members in moving and handling.
Situated in the village of Great Cornard near Sudbury, Hillside provides the highest standard of residential and nursing care for up to 37 elderly residents.
