Exercise fun at The Manor Care Home
The residents at The Manor Care Home enjoyed doing some exercise in a Zumba class (but not as you know it). Everyone welcomed David to the home to take them through the class.
The lively Latin ‘dancersise’ craze that has become so well known has been developed into an armchair version, which provides all the fun of the full version whilst being made accessible for everyone. Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous to be beneficial, moving to music and including items in the exercise makes it more enjoyable for our residents.
The session proved so popular with that it looks as though it may become a regular moving forward!
