Cotman Residents stage their own Olympics 2021
The residents and care team at Cotman House Care Home in Felixstowe put on their very own Olympics’ this week.
What better way to celebrate the success of Great Britain than to hold our very own Olympics! Residents gathered in the bistro for the competition with lots of refreshments to hand.
As residents enjoyed taking part in the four events on the day; how many bounces of the tennis ball on a tennis racket, shotput, discus and javelin, Home Manager Rebecca judged.
As well as being a great way to exercise and get everyone together, with mixed competitions just like in Tokyo, we are all a little bit competitive!
Everyone was a winner and received medals for their achievements at the end
It was a great laugh and there was lots of cheering for each other!
