Caring Homes announces its Caring Superstars for 2021 - Blenheim Court
Caring Homes is delighted to announce the winners of the first Caring Superstars Awards which includes Garden Superstar - Resident-led Garden Club at Blenheim Court.
The awards aims to highlight exceptional people working for the company that others wanted to thank and recognise.
The Caring Homes Caring Superstars launched on National Thank You Day in July welcoming nominations across 12 categories from colleagues, residents, relatives and friends. There was a category winner from each of the three divisions within Caring Homes and then one overall Caring Homes Superstar from each category.
Caring Homes Managing Director Tracey Fletcher-Ray said, “These awards show appreciation of our excellent colleagues with residents, relatives, team members and friends all invited to nominate someone they thought exceptional.
“We have been overwhelmed with the number of nominations, a total of more than 600 from across our portfolio of 70 homes showing the high calibre of colleagues we have working with us and how highly they are all valued.
“Every nominee has been sent a letter acknowledging their nomination. Judging was difficult and every one of the individuals and teams nominated should be extremely proud.”
The winners showcased expertise, enthusiasm and innovation as well as genuine dedication to providing the best quality care to our residents. They will be presented with their awards at a London event later this year.
