Care Home Lunch Club bursting with ideas!

Laverstock Care Centre is leading the way for collaborative working by developing a Care Home Lunch Club with Customer Relationship Advisors from numerous homes across Salisbury.

This initiative was the brainchild of Alex Oram, CRA for Laverstock, who, in talking to colleagues in other homes, set up a regular meeting to share ideas, discuss solutions, and develop a cohesive working network that benefits all homes, residents, staff, and care seekers.

The lunch club meets once a month to discuss any issues arising within the care industry in Salisbury, but also to put plans together for the Care Services Expo that is being organised for this summer, in Salisbury.
