Brooklyn House Celebrate Halloween

Brooklyn House in Attleborough have a frightfully good Halloween.

Residents at Brooklyn House discovered things go bump in the night as they celebrated Halloween this year.

Preparations leading up to the day included Art and craft sessions making an array of colourful decorations, pumpkin carving, pictures and papier Mache masks.

The day itself was celebrated in a spooking good way as everyone enjoyed face painting, fancy dress, ghostly bingo and a Halloween quiz.
Resident Joan Hotchkiss said, “Even at my age I’ve tried something new. I’ve never had my face painted before. Whatever would the grandchildren say!”

Brooklyn House Care Home is a purpose-built home in Norfolk providing nursing care for up to 38 elderly residents.
