Birthday celebrations at Hillside

A lovely resident at Hillside, Emily celebrated her birthday on Tuesday.

Her family visited her and bought in some chocolate birthday cake to share with the other residents with the morning tea round and then later in the day Emily was surprised with one of Chef Phil’s beautiful creations, as everyone gathered to sing happy birthday.

Later that same week, chef Phil struck again for Support Manager Marta's birthday...Chocolate cake with Chocolate Buttercream topped with Chocolate Ganache and very yummy it was too!
